We ask for what the job needs, and nothing else.
Arsom Global Consult works inside people's homes, offices and factories. That already asks a lot of trust, so we keep our side of it simple: this website watches nobody, we collect information only when you choose to contact us, and we use it to do the work you asked for. This notice sets out exactly what that means.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no tracking of any kind. There is no form to fill in. Nothing reaches us until you send a WhatsApp message, make a call or write an email, and what you send then is used to answer you, survey your building and carry out the work. We never sell it and we never pass it to advertisers.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. Every font, image and video is served from this site's own address, so opening a page does not quietly announce your visit to any other company.
Your browser holds one small technical flag while the tab is open, which stops a footer animation replaying as you move between pages. It says nothing about you and disappears when you close the tab.
The site is hosted by Vercel, and like any web host its servers keep short-lived technical logs of requests, which include the IP address a request came from. That is how the site stays online and resists abuse. We do not use those logs to build any picture of individual visitors.
What you give us, and why
When you message us on WhatsApp, call, or send an email, we receive whatever you choose to share. In practice that is usually your name, your phone number or email address, the address of the building, and details about your supply, your bills or the equipment involved.
We use it for the job in front of us, which means:
- Answering your question and telling you what the work involves and what it costs
- Arranging and carrying out a site survey, a design, an audit or a meter installation
- Preparing your quotation, report, drawings or commissioning records
- Registering a meter with the relevant distribution company where that is part of the job
- Keeping in touch about warranty, faults or follow-up work on what we installed
If you send us photographs of a distribution board, a meter or an installation, they are treated the same way as everything else here and used only for your job, unless you tell us in writing that we may show the work.
What we keep and for how long
Enquiries that never become work are cleared out once they are plainly finished. Records tied to completed work, such as quotations, designs, audit reports, meter numbers and installation details, we keep for as long as they may be needed for warranty, safety or accounting reasons. Those records protect you as much as us: they are what lets us prove what was installed, to what specification and on what date.
When a record is no longer needed for any of those reasons, we delete it.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information, rent it out, or hand it to advertisers. It reaches others only here:
- The distribution company, when registering or regularising a meter is part of the work you asked for
- Our engineers and technicians assigned to your job, who see only what that job requires
- WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, if you choose to message us there. Your chat is carried on their platform under their own terms, so call or email us instead if you would rather it were not
- Vercel, which hosts this website, as described in clause 01
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as a regulator or a court
What you can ask us to do
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete what we no longer need to keep, object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you gave us earlier.
Ask by email or phone using the details below and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm who you are first, which protects your information from anyone asking for it in your name. If you believe we have handled your information badly, you are entitled to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
How we look after it
Job records stay with the people who need them to do the work, on accounts and devices under our control. This website is served over an encrypted connection, so what you read here travels privately between your browser and the site. No system is beyond reach, so if something ever went wrong with information we hold about you, we would tell you and the Commission rather than keep it quiet.
Keeping this notice honest
If how we work changes, this notice changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
